The waiter must have been trained in the Basil Fawlty School of Customer Service. He was very brusque - cutlery was thrown down on the table, at one point he pushed my hand aside to retrieve a knife. Worst customer service in a very long time - we can't be the only people to have experienced this.September 14, 2016
