- 4 / 5By Matthew ShawWe called in here twice during our walk around the Mere and enjoyed it both times! Our first visit was for lunch and we tried the soups and the paninis, all of which were excellent. We also tried the sausage roll and the veggie option which were outstanding - one of the best sausage rolls we have had! The staff were friendly, but service is not fast! It's a nice little set up with a cafe area, restaurant (which we didn't try) and a small shop from the wildlife trust. Our second visit was to try out the cakes. These were just as good as the savouries! Great location and great good. Well worth a visit.May 16, 2017
